BATON ROUGE – Today, Governor Bobby Jindal announced he has signed bills passed by the Legislature into law, bringing the total number of bills signed for the 2012 Regular Legislative Session to 777 bills.
Governor Jindal signed the following bills into law:
HB 2 by Rep. Robideaux provides for the capital outlay budget.
HB 468 by Rep. Abramson relates to the right of passage for enclosed estates.
HB 469 by Rep. Abramson relates to property held in a trust.
HB 474 by Rep. Abramson relates to the Code of Civil Procedure.
HB 476 by Rep. Abramson relates to the Louisiana Trust Code.
HB 504 by Rep. Dove relates to the pooling of ultra deep drilling structures.
HB 529 by Rep. Barrow relates to the notice for proposed rules.
HB 541 by Rep. St. Germain provides for fire marshal review of plans and specifications for health care facilities and residential option.
HB 544 by Rep. Montoucet relates to the written and skills test for certain licensed drivers.
